Yesterday was the first time I have had dealings with Norwood Ngatea and I was amazed at the level of service and attention to detail that they gave me. They answered my questions openly and without hesitation. The mechanic had to work in terrible conditions and kept smiling throughout. The service manager was extremely helpful and forthright.
