⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The doctors here are hardworking and genuinely care. Many of the GPs have specialist backgrounds, and I honestly feel I owe my life to the care I’ve received. They’ve never let me down and always acted in my best interests. As for the reception staff, I’ve seen some negative comments online. In my experience, while they can occasionally come across as a bit blunt, there are also many lovely and helpful staff members. Best gp practice I've ever been with
I have just attended for an appointment and whilst waiting in the waiting area the receptionist answered a call from a patient, and after speaking abruptly on the call to the patient the receptionist put the phone down and called the patient a bloody moron. I was absolutely discusted by her attitude especially when there was myself and 4 other patients sat waiting to see a dr.
