Rude and arrogant receptionist. Actually put the phone down on me. Shouldn't work as a receptionist if you have zero people skills. Absolutely no understanding for mental at all. Really gone down hill thus surgery.
Love my surgery never had a problem till lately , the new receptionist are awful don’t listen and had to ask x3 times for medication when asked why wasn’t done just got attitude, asked for something to be sent by accurex as this is what it was designed for , The information that I asked for was not added correctly then had a message from a gp we do NOT email things, not what I asked for they simply do not listen to, sorry for yhe rant but this is more then a few occasions. Hope this can be sorted.
Excellent reception staff, easy efficient booking service now with call back which works well. Superb friendly, efficient down to earth doctors. Thank you all and God bless you.
