left two washers (not a washer and dryer) on the front of the curb for junkman the night (Tuesday) prior to garbage night (Wednesday). Junkman either didn’t come or wasn’t interested. Despite planning to call a junkman and have them removed, we received an “Official Order” on Monday (mailed Friday) from the NCHD from the health inspector named “Dale” (can’t even make out the last name due to poor handwriting) stating that under section 521.01 we are in violation of leaving the equipment on the curb.
