Dr Shabana was very efficient. I found her thorough and knowledgeable. She made sure that I understood the medication and reassured me that I would be contacted about the results. Very pleasant experience.
The conduct of the doctors assistant is questionable! They have no clue what they are doing. I will never go back.
I have been seeing Dr Jamal for nearly 10 years, and she is our family doctor too. Her patient care is very good, and I have found the receptionists to be helpful responsive & kind. At times there is a long wait even with an appointment, but that’s consistent with our healthcare sector in general. I appreciate that I can book an appointment easily.
I have no complaints so far, was looking for a doctor for far too long and now I have one, so for now I can’t complain. And the front staff are kind
