The front office staff at this medical group are always respectful, friendly, and very helpful. I recently started seeing one of the newer doctors, Dr. Seun Osinulu, and I am extremely happy with the care I’ve received. He is thorough, conscientious, and never makes me feel rushed. He takes the time to listen carefully and makes sure I fully understand everything before I leave. I would highly recommend this medical group, and especially Dr. Osinulu, to anyone looking for a caring and attentive family doctor.
I had a scheduled appointment for 11:30 today and after waiting for an hour to see the doctor, while watching walk-in patients come in and leave in the time I was there, I walked out. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if your time is disrespected and disregarded to that level. I scheduled for 11:30 because that's when I had time, not 12:30. I made an appointment because I didn't have all day to sit and wait in walk-in.

Not satisfied with receptionist at front desk. I was booked for a phone call with Dr. But I just came in person to see her because my dr. Was ok and wants to see me in person. But receptionist cancelled my appointment and added me to walk- in. Instead of switching my appointment from phone call to in person, she cancelled my appointment and added me to walk -in.
