I love Dr. Norwood. I took my mom here a few months ago and left with my daughter an appointment. They’re very sweet and kind shows a lot of empathy with their patients. The BEST eye doctor hands down in the Memphis/Bartlett area!!!!!
I have been coming here since 2023 and I have had nothing but an amazing time. The place is very clean and organized, the equipment is sterile and sanitized after every use. The workers are super friendly and fix issues that come up in the moment, which is very good so I never have to wait for a call back on a problem that may not even be fixed. The doctor is wonderful and answers any questions that you bring up. I would recommend this place to anyone who's having a hard time finding a reliable optometry. 5/5.
I was welcomed by the nicest receptionist who had such energy and so welcoming. Dr.Norwood was so thorough. I have gotten eye exams for 40 years and this was the first time I had a thorough cleansing of my eyelashes. They were timely as well.
