They did brickwork in my house, and every brick is covered with mortar marks throughout the bricks. When we asked them to clean it, Adman never answered the phone or returned our calls. I would not recommend their services.
We reached out to Adam for a price regarding an additional driveway on our property. He returned a price promptly and well within the range of others that quoted the job. The team at Norwood's are professional and take pride in their work. The job stayed on budget and was completed on time.
Adam was very responsive, friendly and reliable. His prices are fair and didn’t ask for extras, as some contractors do. His crew was to my house on time and worked hard to get the job done. I would give them 10 stars if google would let me.
We’re In a new build and our masonry was full of mortar. Disgraceful! Therefore a service order was made for them to come back and clean. We were not informed they needed to use our water supply; That is wrong right there. We were not home at the time but was able to open the garage for them to use hose. Got home to find the front porch and masonry looked worst! They left mud all over the porch and in our garage. Mortar still on the masonry and soffit. Does anybody take pride in their work anymore?
