What a great experience. Got recommended by someone in the trade to take my VU SS to these guys for a 4l60 rebuild. They are not only fantastic at what they do, they are also extremely friendly whilst offering expert advice and stepping you through what they can do to meet your requirements. My ute has now been transformed and is back to being a great drive with a few little upgrades that I am very happy with. Very happy customer here.
Norwood Automatics have not only repaired a transmission for me they have taken the time to explain exactly what was wrong with the transmission in detail and they are really reliable have absolutely great customer service and getting the transmission back working condition taking the time make sure its just like new offering cheaper way to rebuild my transmission i highly recommend Norwood Automatics to my family ,friends and anyone that needs a transmission serviced or repaired
Chris was great. I had an issue with the transmission and he saw me to diagnose with the computer even though he was flat out on a Friday afternoon. Gave me options on the spot and also looked into alternatives. Excellent service from skilled operators.
