My vehicle broke down the day after the Blizzard. Dead battery and the Alternator stopped charging. I called Norwood Auto around noon and he said he could fix it but not sure when it could be done. I had AAA tow my vehicle. Thank god they had people cancel and he had my vehicle done by 5pm. I met the owner Alan and I greatly appreciate their service and I have heard a lot of good information about Norwood Auto Care.

Allen and his team are helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. In addition to working on my last car, they did me a huge favor squeezing in a pre-purchase inspection on a busy Friday, which helped me make my decision when looking to buy my next pre-owned vehicle. Class act and impressed with their straightforward service.
Norwood Auto Care went above and beyond to help me with a tough situation with getting a used car I was considering purchasing from a dealer inspected. The dealer was difficult to deal with in terms of the pre-buy inspection, but Amy and Alan of Norwood Auto Care did a lot to help look at the car and help me make a decision regardless.
