We’re just starting the process for my child, but so far everything has been wonderful. The team takes the time to clearly explain every step and provide detailed care instructions. The women at the front desk are always so polite and welcoming. Dr. Norwick is phenomenal! He genuinely seems happy to be there and truly cares about his patients. Most amazing and polite team. If I could give them and doctor Norwick more than five stars, I absolutely would. After nearly a year of getting the runaround from others for a jaw condition, he’s the only one who truly took the time to address the issue and work toward a solution. He’s incredibly caring and dedicated. I also did my braces and Invisalign with him, and I have zero regrets. I’ll continue recommending him to everyone I know.

My experience with Dr. Norwick and Dr. Baker has been extremely disappointing. What was supposed to be a straightforward Invisalign treatment has stretched on for nearly three years, and my once healthy, well cared for teeth have been severely impacted. My experience here was terrible, the staff was heavily racist, and not flexible with me at all. I had a appointment in the afternoon, we left early, keeping my baby brother ( 7 months) with anyone available which was hard because we have a trip where we Travel for 2 months ( cause my grandma was very sick) and were leaving in two days, so everyone was packing.
