Purchased a Transit Custom Sport from Norwich Van Centre this week and it couldn't of been a smoother transaction. From the initial enquiry to picking the van up. I was given all the information I required and more. Communication was spot on throughout. On arrival I was made to feel very welcome. There was no pressure and I was not forced into buying unlike some salesmen! Overall, it was a pleasant and stress free purchase. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family and I would purchase from them again.
Steve and Lewis have been absolutely fantastic with their customer service and have gone above and beyond helping us buy our new car. Made it so easy. Thank you so much for all your patience while our 1 year old was running around :)
Lovely people to deal with Lewis was fantastic who sold us the van, and we had a small issue where we put the wrong fuel in the vehicle and Steve in aftersales still fixed the vehicle free of charge under their 3 month in house dealer warranty. We were amazed they didn’t charge us and offered us amazing aftersales service. Fantastic customer service in the sales and also fantastic service in the aftersales department and we fully recommend Norwich Van Centre.
Absolutely amazing service by Lewis, called up and within minutes I had pictures and videos of a van I was interested in. As we are from the Isle of Man we had to travel over and get it but he was more than happy to hold the van for us. When we got there it was all easy sailing. The van is amazing!! Lewis, Steve & Phil are an excellent team! Fair play to them, they should be proud of themselves!
I purchased a transit van from these guys last week and can't fault them . They have the vans in stock they advertise unlike a lot of other dealers and the whole process was very straightforward.
