Independent pharmacy who likes to pick and choose who serve with courteous service. Know it all pharmacists who THINKS they have control over with prescriptions to discontinue regardless of doctors instructions. This place is a joke 😂. Go to nutmeg pharmacy in Taftville.
We have been receiving our prescriptions here for months, with no problems. They have been super efficient and communicative. The pharmacists always promptly address any issues with insurance, and things get resolved! We always get rx's filled on time. A friendly bunch of people too!
They deliver! Amazing that they can get your meds to you without you even leaving your house! This is a new, well-run business in Norwich. It is an independent shop, not connected to Walgreens or Walmart or CVS. They remember who you are and your name and they are unfailingly courteous. I recommend that everyone transfer your prescriptions. Let's support independent stores! There is no line, no cranky teenagers, no crowd and you can even park very close to the shop. Very disappointing experience with Norwich Pharmacy. I was extremely frustrated by the way my prescription was handled. I was told that my medication was being discontinued and that I would need to obtain a new prescription/authorization from my doctor, even though I was willing to pay for the medication out of pocket. What was most concerning was the lack of clear communication about why this additional authorization was necessary.
