I recently had a very disappointing experience with my optometrist. Last year, I scheduled my annual eye exam for December 24 to ensure I remained compliant with my insurance requirements. However, I was shocked to find out that my appointment was changed without any notice to April 25. This unexpected change caused me to fall out of compliance, which will now result in a significant increase in my insurance premium. This is my new Optometry! I honestly don’t think I will ever go to another office. Everything is a 5-star experience!! I mean EVERYTHING!!! It's unbelievable how kind, patient, and knowledgeable everyone is. I immediately made my routine appointment for next year and told everyone who I came in contact with about how amazing this place is.
