Lazy owner, leaves shelves empty and can't seem to adapt to normal business practices. Older employees and management struggle to be efficient and professional. Harrassment is always a go to for this store.
It’s an awful store to shop at. There’s no organization, most of the shelves are empty and the store takes advantage being in a rural area, making the merchandise more expensive than other hardware stores. The women employees stand around at the front cash talking to each other, taking their sweet time to help you and to top it off, give you attitude. A lovely store, I used to shop here more often, the boys at the back are very helpful and friendly when I don't know what I'm looking for. Unfortunately, I don't come very often anymore as the last two times I came in looking for something, the woman at the back was very impatient with me and made me feel like I was wasting her time. I wish she was more polite, as she does work in customer service.
