Amazing office, even though I was not a patient , I had a dental emergency. They helped with support and had an appointment right away. Everyone looked after me. Dentist and staff amazing, kind, supportive and very professional. I would recommend anyone to attend that office. Also very calming for children.
Had a tooth extraction by Dr. Russo two weeks ago, and the surgery did not go well. A week later went back for a suspected dry socket condition and was provided a "packing" that provided little relief. Had to book another appointment as there was still a pain and throbbing sensation in the area of the tooth and lower jaw. Went to the next appointment and was forced to wait in the waiting room while they took other patients ahead of my mine.
