One-man show out of his residence. Terry is a retired former race-tech employee and like most of those he clearly doesn't like to work on anything besides his own brands. A sour attitude quickly comes through about competitors. He botched the diagnosis on my machine, telling me my fork spring rate was wrong (it wasn't) which ended up costing me a lot of wasted time in phone calls and emails with the manufacturer.
