Do not go for any test to this company, they do not give reports out for 21 days, does not how urgent it is. As other clients have mentioned they do not answer the phone , they will only call back only after few hours if you are lucky. They do not understand that clients are sick and need help. It is the doctors who make the money and they dont care to employee others doctors to write reports but they keep doing test and mislead the patients.
Lovely people and Dr Parsons is a lovely physician, very caring and competent.
Couldn’t Recommend Less Absolutely zero communication from this company. Every time you call, you’ll speak to someone different, and none of them seem to have the same story. They’ll make promises they can’t keep, and timelines mean nothing — even when you’re told your case is being prioritised. Example: Thursday call: Me – “Hey, just chasing my results?” NRSD – “Yes, they were sent through at 11am today.” Friday email: NRSD – “Hi, just letting you know your results were sent through this morning at 8am.” Completely contradi... read more
Fantastic service, provided by receptionists, other staff and the doctor, who I saw were polite and helpful. Dr Subash Srikantha took the time to listen and explain any questions that I had.
