My 9 year old lost consciousness, we brought her in because we believed this would be faster as this is private , during the triage she almost list consciousness again and had problems breathing, heart rate dropped to 47, after triage we've been waiting for a doctor for almost 2 hours now, everytime we ask we're told we will be seen next. Terrible and cold staff.

incompetent. medically negligent. borderline fraudulent … across all layers of this organisation. took 3 hours to see a nurse (not even a doctor) for an emergency. zero transparency on pricing (mystery bill received after doing one routine blood test). nurses unable to draw blood and requires multiple attempts. doctors unable to provide any logical or detailed prognosis. no wonder why the ParentCo is bankrupt. medical license should be suspended.

I just want to say thank you too all the wonderful emergency Doctors and Nurses at Norwest emergency. I was at Blacktown hospital earlier following surgical complications. Feared for my life... whilst staff Doctirs and Nurses there are great they are under the pump with easily 80 people in waiting room no chairs nearly shoulder to shoulder in the small room, waiting to get in to a full emergency department. For the amount of money you pay this emergency department is horrendous. Very unprofessional and unorganised. Don’t waste your money here.
