I just want to say thank you too all the wonderful emergency Doctors and Nurses at Norwest emergency. I was at Blacktown hospital earlier following surgical complications. Feared for my life... whilst staff Doctirs and Nurses there are great they are under the pump with easily 80 people in waiting room no chairs nearly shoulder to shoulder in the small room, waiting to get in to a full emergency department. For the amount of money you pay this emergency department is horrendous. Very unprofessional and unorganised. Don’t waste your money here.

Horrible hospital. Emergency staff are rude and weak in cominiucation. Sure not looking to improve as your Google rate says it all

Seen immediately on a Sunday, caring nursing staff, great female Dr, diagnostics on-site, adequate pain relief, difficulty contacting oncall orthopod. Could have gone public but most likely would have waited to be seen and probably longer time in ED before admission to ward.

I tried to called this emergency ward, but the staff in there picked up and hung up straight away, while being it’s an emergency i tried to call but they never picked up the called, i thought being it an private hospital, it would be better but it was such a disappointing experience. Would never ever come to this.
