Thank you Dr Elliot and all the Dr’s and Nurses Jessie and Reception at ED for looking after our daughter on Friday 19.6.26. Also thank you to Dr Kavita and the Nurses at the Birth Unit. Your care is exceptional in a skillful and professionalism manner. Thank you once again. Also thank you to the staff at CT department.

I have nothing but praise for the Emergency Department at the Norwest Private Hospital. Unfortunately I have had to visit Emergency three times over the last couple of years but each time I was attended to by professional and caring medical staff. Most recently I had a heart problem that occurred on Christmas Day. Yes, Emergency was busy but I was seen and assessed quickly and once admitted got the care and treatment I needed. Highly recommended noting much shorter wait times than other public Emergency Departments.

“Patients choose private ED to avoid long waits at public hospitals, expecting timely and thorough care. It’s very disappointing when that standard isn’t met. I felt rushed to go home without a proper diagnosis or adequate scans,the very next day i ended up in another hospital emergency . overall it seemed highly commercial, with charges applied for everything.”
