This is the worst experience for me in the world. Why they mentioned emergency 😂😂😂 hospital. Every patients are frustrated even they don’t have bed for emergency patients also and one more things that reception’s wearing glasses girls so rude I never seen before someone like her. I am extremely disappointed with the emergency reception service. I brought my friend in for active bleeding, yet he was made to sit on a waiting chair in front of the reception while the bleeding continued. The blood had already dried, and when we asked the staff to clean it, they casually said “yes” but did nothing for a long time. Absolute joke. I paid $430 as I was advised the wait shouldn't be too long. I waited 7 hours before I was seen. The receptionist was friendly until the money came out. After that she seemed arrogant and rude. Dont be tricked into going here guys. Better service in the public system. Shame on you Norwest private. Absolutely disgusted.
