Rude reception. Not very helpful
The worst day of my life . ICU doctors should be checked by Norwest hospital management especially the weekend doctors from Intensive care units . . I had an L3/L4,L4/L5,L5/S1 fusions and segment and decomposed spines , pretty much they changed my L3 all the way down on my hip.(S1) about 23 screws on my spines including changing discs and metals and correcting my spines one the 12/08/2023 on Saturday, which I appreciated these surgeons they worked on Saturday for me . Absolutely disgusting service. My mother has had a major surgery on her foot and the nursing staff did not even offer to shower her. They dump sheets at the other side of the room each morning and expect her to shower and make her own bed when she is on bed rest with a catheter and foot in a cast. I know everyone is busy but the treatment here is beyond disgusting. Better care and attention at the public hospitals with none of the additional costs.
Truly disappointing experience with the visit to Dr. Dr Kalpesh Jain for our newborn. He has serious behavioral issues that need to be addressed. The doctor was rude, particularly towards women. Dr. Dr Kalpesh Jain does not value the hard work and dedication of mothers. Instead of guiding and advicing he strive on making parents stressful and uncomfortable.
