Very bad experience. Worst service. Very bad staff and facilities. Not recommended at all.
The Emergency Department reception is an absolute disgrace. I cut my thumb badly — bleeding and in pain — and instead of help I was met with a receptionist who had the worst attitude imaginable. Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I didn’t even look at her name tag, but her angry face said it all. This isn’t a one-off. Last month my daughter needed IV antibiotics and for three days straight I dealt with equally rude reception staff. Clearly, some of them hate their jobs and take it out on patients. There are two nurses that really deserve credit. Phil male nurse. The food was discusting. The service was fast n rude. Not a good hospital.
May not have fresh paint or new carpets, but their biggest resource is a highly skilled staff
