Had my gallbladder removed at Norwest and it was all very organised. Nurses were lovely and the doctor who saw me was very knowledgeable and good to work with.
I hold norwest private to the highest esteem after my dad was ill with a heart condition and the public hospital didn’t do much to help him. The staff in emergency were great as well as all the managers who helped him into a bed in CCU. The care of the nurses and dr Grant Shalaby were second to none. He looked at all of dad’s health issues and got him home safely with great care and compassion. Strongly recommend this hospital

I’m extremely grateful to Dr Faizur Reza for taking my case when I was in severe pain and desperately needed help. He performed my gallbladder surgery and took such good care of me throughout. His kindness, reassurance and support during such a difficult time meant so much to me. I will always be thankful to him. Highly recommended. 🙏
