Went to the birth unit for an iron infusion today and had an awful experience. Got told my online admission could not be found nor my booking. The nurse had 2 failed cannula attempts, so got another nurse to put a cannula in (I have very large veins and this is never an issue for me). They did not ask my name, date of birth or anything regarding my allergies but put in my cannula and began IV fluids. Very bad experience, the female doctor in the emergency room on 23/4/26 night was extremely arrogant from the moment she started asking about my mum's condition. She rudely interrupted my explanation several times and was dismissive and impatient throughout the entire consultation. A doctor with such poor medical ethics does not deserve to work in a hospital. I feel ashamed that the hospital employs someone like this.

I have just returned home following triple bypass heart surgery at Norwest. I could not fault the level of care and expertise of all the staff. Special mention to Dr Jain & nurses Libby and Sarah. The facilities and food were also excellent.
