I called and spoke with Taylor. It was for something minor as putting a anode in a water heater. Just the time and effort she put into giving me a phone number of someone who could help me with the service call. Five stars for just picking up the phone and being helpful it's rare nowadays.
I had these guys install a water heater for me. They were helpful in telling me the options. Will definitely call them again if I have any more plumbing issues.
