The staff here are so friendly and amazing. They really provide the upmost care and they’re so efficient. Willing to go out of their way to fit you in and try their best. Not typical from a medical imaging place where you’d typically wait around for hours on end with little updates. Great experience. Thank you guys.
I find the centre very good overall, with helpful and friendly staff. However, I had an unusual experience on one occasion with a staff member named Pari. While I was waiting in the queue, she did not call out “next please” as expected and instead asked her colleague to call me over. She also made some eye gestures toward me that made me feel uncomfortable and singled out for no apparent reason.
