Having an MRI isn’t exactly a pleasant experience, especially if you’re claustrophobic or uncomfortable in small spaces. I was feeling quite anxious, but what truly made all the difference was the incredible care I received from Marilyn, the radiologist who assisted me throughout the scan. A recent visit to Synergy Radiology at Norwest for an MRI was extremely well handled by their friendly and professional staff. Every step of the process was explained to me which was great in reducing my anxiety. The staff were so helpful, making sure I was comfortable during the procedure. I am really appreciative of their support. As a consequence I absolutely recommend this service.
