The staff at Synergy Norwest were incredibly kind and friendly. They were so helpful, patient, and welcoming throughout the whole experience. I really appreciated how attentive and caring they were. Highly recommend Synergy!
I've been here a few times now and I've always felt welcome and comfortable here. The processes are well defined. The wait isn't much. Everything feels very streamlined. Even the results are available in good time, sometimes earlier than expected. Their so makes even more simpler to book and to view results after the appointment. Even though I've now moved to another suburb, i continue to visit this Synergy location.
I had to have an X-ray of my head that was requested by my practitioner. I had new helix piercings and understood that they might need to be removed for the scan. I wasn’t upset about that, I understood the situation. What made the experience so disappointing was the attitude of the practitioner. As soon as she realised I had the piercings, she became dismissive and made me feel like I had done something wrong.
