Rude staff!!! Calling by phone and talk so rude!
I’ve been coming here for years for my many injuries, but what made me leave a review was my experience today with Yasemin, one of the receptionists. I came in last minute for an x-ray and an ultrasound, Yasemin worked with me to try and find an ultrasound appointment at Lakeview - as the subject of the scans was time sensitive and could be resolved before the next available appointment. She was lovely to talk to and was extremely attentive.
Don’t go booking with Synergy group straight way for diagnostics coz they charge fee rather than bulk billing under Medicare. There are many diagnostics centers which bulk bill under Medicare. Make sure to check and shop around with other centers before finalizing the appointment about the fee and charges. Check in other places such as Blacktown etc…
