Appointment was at 8.00 am, reached on time and saw big line till outside the door. Was already in pain didn’t had patient to wait that long for the “booked “ appointment. Highly disappointed Wish they would have updated before about wait times.
My young son had an ultrasound with Norwest Radiology and I wanted to commend the wonderful staff, everyone was so happy and friendly, what a lovely workplace it must be as they were also kind towards each other as well as the patients. My wife and I have been going to Synergy Radiology Norwest for over 10 years now. It’s our go to Medical Imaging centre for all Doctor referrals. Over the years we have very good experience here. It’s a busy Radiology, very full on the weekends. My wife needed some urgent scans because of some recent suspected complications diagnosed by the Cardiologist, Neurologist and our family GP. Quite unpleasant experience while getting CT abdomen with contrast for my daughter. Room was freezing cold and they give you filmsy gown to wear and u have to be just wearing underwear and you cannot even close properly from back. Then that take you to other corner of space and make you walk in front of atleast 4-5 staff. You feel so uncomfortable wearing that gown and feel you are robbed of your dignity. I went to them for my morphology scan and was genuinely impressed by the exceptional level of management—it’s the best I’ve ever experienced. The entire process was handled professionally. A special mention to Brooke, who made me feel incredibly comfortable, like I was visiting a friend rather than attending a medical appointment.
