I had a loader valve that went bad dealer couldn’t get the factory part and sent me to northwest Hydraulic, they ordered a new one as close as they could get when I came to pick up the part I was told to bring my old one to make sure thing would work and well it wasn’t a Great match but was my only choice the two young lady’s working the counter were unbelievable they bent over backwards for me such a wonderful experience to do business with them and in the end the part is in and working Thanks to the two young lady’s
They ran the machine without hydraulic fluid and told me there were no leaks. However, once I filled it up with oil, I noticed more drips than what they were originally hired to repair. The workmanship quality is very poor, and they do not stand by their work. Strongly do not recommend this company for any field work.
