This place does great work. They also have more fittings than anywhere else I've seen around here.
Had a complicated diagnostic job on a customer's piece of equipment, but was able to narrow down the issue to a hydraulic block assembly. Took the assembly down to Norwest Hydraulic and they were able to test it for us and confirm our concern. Jim was incredibly helpful on the phone and worked with me to verify, and ultimately found an important component was missing an O-ring inside. Great communication, great service, and looking forward to working with NorWest Hydraulic again in the future!
