Dr Joanne Ma is caring and experienced and has put me on a good footing to move ahead with my health. Dr Michelle Huang, is an experienced and capable doctor. This is easily the best medical practice in the Hills district and beyond. Dr Koh is such a kind, gentle doctor. Our family are very lucky to have him look after us.
You’ll be on hold forever to get through to reception. I don’t think I’ve ever called and not waited 5+ minutes to get through. I’ve also had muck arounds with my appointments being rejigged on multiple occasions because the nurse or doctor has decided to take annual leave… I only continue going there because of the wonderful Michelle Leung. She is a great GP and has always dealt wiru me with empathy and care.
