Dr. Randa, hygienically clean, the clinic is spotless. She is very comfortable as a doctor. I was stressed out for the treatment but she handled my panic in a very calm and professional way.
I've been a client since 2021 and Doctor Randa and Amanda have been nothing but amazing with their service. Their ability to communicate, educate and explain aspects regarding my teeth has been something I've never received at other dental clinics. I'm glad to have a dentist that always ensures my dental needs are met and do not dread going to.
I have extremely high anxiety when it comes to the Dentist. Especially Dr Randa, but also her team, have made me feel welcome & comfortable, treating me with warmth, empathy & respect.Treatments have been tailored to suit the anxiety,& my budget, with regard taken to prioritising most urgent to completion ofthe work needed on my teeth. There is only one word I can use to describe Norwest Dental Care, specifically the wonderful Riya and Taia... fantastic! I have not particularly looked forward, or enjoyed visits, to the dentist, based on my experiences over the last 50 years with various dental adventures. I have always been very anxious about these impending visits, which personally has had nothing to do with the staff.
