Excellent care. Thorough examination with great attention to detail. Very helpful staff. They really resolved my long standing issue in a short period of time. No excessive medication
I called and left a voicemail but never received a reply. After emailing, it took 10 days for the receptionist to respond, asking for my mental health care plan so a psychologist (name not provided) could review it - though they were on leave until the end of the month. When I explained I didn’t have the plan on hand, there was no response. I followed up 11 days later and was told the clinic was now at capacity and not taking new patients.
