Very friendly practice. Professional, kind staff, which calms anxious nerves. Easy parking too. Almost wish I needed to go there again!
As an older woman with a long standing fear of dentists my experience of Dr Desai was a welcome surprise. In addition to his quiet professionalism and obvious skill, he completely overcame my fear and stress about the root canal procedure and allowed me not just to relax but actually enjoy the procedure.
Whilst visiting a dentist is never pleasant, the people at Norwest Endodontics made my visit not unpleasant. The venue is clean and bright, views from the 4th floor windows nice and most importantly the dentistry was (completely) pain free. I had root canal work. I do recommend this establishment. Also they had free car parking!
The service provided by the staff at Norwest was impeccable. The most pleasant experience I've ever had with any dental clinic.
I would never go back here for root canal treatment. The only person that had empathy was lovely Roma. After few thousand $$$ I had the tooth pulled out. My dentist did better root canal than here. This is just MY experience.
