Very bad ER do not go the staff is rude and unprofessional, they don't have any medical education seems , it's a problem of all Chicago area ERs not only this one, do not go here they refused to treat you cs they don't know how do do this plus waiting time is 6 hours. Avoid this place
The emergency room is terrible. I've been here since 1 p.m. It's already 4 p.m. and I still haven't been seen. I'm pregnant, in pain, and have COVID. Terrible service, and I forgot to add that the bathrooms are very dirty.
The ER staff take there time to attend to a patients personal needs and the way they speak out loud in front of patients is a bit disrespectful.
The staff treated me with compassion and empathy. Took about 1.5 hours to diagnose, prescribe and set follow up.
