Always a great experience at the Maine St branch. The tellers there provide excellent customer service. They’re always professional, friendly and great to deal with. They take the time to help and make every visit easy. I really enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and the great customer service every time I come in. Highly recommend this branch!
I used to love banking here, but these days, if you have problems count on waiting on hold for 30min+ and making multiple calls. They are always "experiencing high call volume". That's not a good look. Not sure if there's new out of touch middle management or if they axed a bunch of customer service jobs, but it's reflecting very poorly with your customers.
