I used to love banking here, but these days, if you have problems count on waiting on hold for 30min+ and making multiple calls. They are always "experiencing high call volume". That's not a good look. Not sure if there's new out of touch middle management or if they axed a bunch of customer service jobs, but it's reflecting very poorly with your customers.
