We have been with Norway Savings Bank since 1997. The best bank that we have ever done business with. Would recommend it to everyone.
The Yarmouth branch has awesome people there who are always helpful. The manager, Maria, is a wonderful mentor and leader. Great people to work with!
The employees are great and very helpful. I have had to talk to cs a couple of times and always willing to help. The auburn office by far my favorite. I use to think that there was a program that told the front end who was walking in because they always use my first name to greet me!!
Call before leaving for a trip to Canada, my card did not work i have to find a place that i could use a phone to call and ask to use my money. They said it was a mix up. Not impressed
This could be the worst bank of all time. Held the money for my closing for so long even though they were guaranteed funds. Won't even discuss the issue with me. This bank is the reason people put money under mattresses.
