After many months of care at hospitals and different rehabilitation centers, I can honestly say that the care I received at Norway rehab was the best I have received anywhere. The staff were truly caring and empathetic to my condition and concerns. They are not only amazing nurses, ( too many to name all, but some: Callie, Mitzi, Alex, Chloe, Janna, Jess, Tobi) and doctors (Dr Norwood, etc.) but are exemplary human beings. It should be 0 stars. This place is a nightmare! I had to find out my mother was dying when I called to talk to her 💔 I was not notified! Shame on them. So I went, spent around 30 hours with her in a folding chair?! That's what they do for loved ones wanting to be with their family. They give them a folding chair 🙄 So I left so stuff I could barely move and she passed about 8 hours later. Again! I was not notified!! I had to find out on a Facebook post that my mother was dead. Very happy environment....patient was well cared for and kept engaged with staff....a welcome change to stuffy places with little patient staff interaction Staff was available to talk indepth at all times
