While the facility is clean and staff friendly (the only reason for any star at all), the doctor/owner missed a key diagnosis on my dog and prescribed the wrong medicine for her. When we called to say the medicine was not helping, he insisted on that medicine only and refused to discuss any other options. Our dog was still in pain, so we switched to another vet who told us the med was not the right one, gave us the right one as well as making sure she took one in the office, and by the time we got home the dog was obviously ... read more
