Steve it's very Professional , Polite , Understanding also reasonable on pricing henes also honest courageous highly recommend him for any of your small engine repairs work or needs , He fix my Husqvarna AWD and Gave alot advices on how to take care of my equipment or work on it can't ask for more
I had a drive belt break on my cub cadet riding mower and I wasn't able to remove 1 of the pulleys so I called to see if it's something they could fix and he said he could. I didn't have a way to haul it up there so he came and picked it up and delivered it for a very reasonable fee. His prices are very good compared to other shops and he will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. If I could give 10 stars I would, I highly recommend norwalk small engine services
We took our riding mower to Norwalk Small Engine Repair last fall. The mower was there approx 6 weeks. We spent over $1,000 and the mower ran for maybe 15 minutes when we got it back. I do not recommend this service company.
Fast and efficient. Steve was kind enough to pay a personal visit (in the rain) when i was had some questions about the engine. Doesnt get much better than that!
