The director (Beatrix Lane) was very disrespectful, in my opinion. . The attitude seem to be that because this is a non profit organization, they don’t have to work to keep your business. I felt that the expectation that I should be thankful that the senior center is providing a service to me rather than the need to be courteous to a senior that has seen more and experience a lot more than ms Beatrix Lane. A little more respect would be welcome. Senior has earned that respect .
