Dr Kapel was our on call doctor this weekend for my Dad who was in The Lauels of New London. My Dad had been transferred from the hospital to Lauels that same day. Dr Kapel was contacted by the nurse to get much pain meds for my Dad. He refused to prescribe pain meds. He refused to even discuss the need with me by phone. Based on this bad experience and lack of concern for the well being of my Dad, I wanted to write this review.
