The parking was great a month ago, but the apartment recently changed the rules. Now there is an empty lot that no one can park in unless you are a guest and pay $10 A NIGHT. Hoping they change it back because it wasn’t bothering anyone and now the street parking is flooded and no parking anywhere. Plus you are unable to buy a parking spot because they are limited and you have to be placed on a waitlist, but mind you there’s a empty lot…
Service was excellent! The maintenance manager Paul was a pleasure to meet and served our unit well with kindness. The maintenance guy Enrique is always a pleasure, funny & is very quick & efficient! Eder the building manager is top notch! He is my favorite. Always respectful, knowledgeable, he always makes sure if you come with any issues especially of importance he takes care of it promptly. There are still nails sticking out from underneath the carpet at the door frame. I was told they would be hammered down and I just stepped on another one.
Christian is awesome! I have had many concerns since my move in which I will keep seperate. But Christian has always been professional, courteous and compassionate. He is never dismissive of my concerns. He addresses them promptly and always follows up. Maintenance has also been prompt and courteous. Thank you!
