Super unprofessional staff on the phone, the woman that answers phones is extremely rude. This credit union is a mess, stay away.
I would NEVER recommend Norwalk Hospital Credit Union based on my experience. I held a vehicle loan with NHCU for the last 6 years, and customer service was always terrible. However, my vehicle loan was paid in full in March 2026, yet automatic ACH withdrawals continued to be taken from my personal bank account. Between March and June, I called several times asking for the recurring payments to be stopped. We were repeatedly told there was nothing the credit union could do and that the bank had to stop the automatic payments... read more
