The car wash is old, could use an clean up but they did a great job cleaning my car!
I paid $120 for a wash with seat cleaning. The seats are clean the inside is still dusty they left water staims all over my doors and they didnt clean the truck bed and they charge more to clean trucks. Never coming back here unless you want shitty work.
Quoted $180 for two carpets and two seats — a week prior, on an older truck, they charged me $50 for the same type of cleaning. When I declined, the manager suggested I go to a mobile detailer instead. I got the regular car wash instead, and when I picked up my car there was a scratch that wasn't there before. Wasn't taken seriously when I brought it up. Also, no Apple Pay. Document your car before/after if you go here. Hello, I want to say what a terrible experience I had at the wash in Norwalk. The self serve car wash numbers weren’t displaying properly and it caused me to put the incorrect amount of coins in so I did not get the extra free 3 min. They also say free vacuums and there was no vacuums. Overall it was only 8 dollars spent but still very disappointing. I came to this place for vacuums and a good car wash and left feeling disappointed.
I love this car wash! I've been coming here for years and they always do a great job! The owner is awesome! He is always super friendly every time I come. I definitely recommend this place!
