My client purchased Norwalk sectional. Within 3 weeks of delivery which was in November 2022 they noticed a hole in each arm of the sectional in the exact same area. You can feel the rough wood underneath the fabric where the holes are. There is no padding underneath the fabric in the area of the holes so the fabric rubs against the bare wood.
