I normally post my reviews through Yelp, but I honestly feel like this may be a better platform for people who are looking for additional information about the experience and what they may encounter when visiting. They recently implemented a new rule requiring guests to provide their first and last name along with their phone number when entering the facility. I showed up during their working hours and it was closed. Called for information and found out the only way you can find out they'll randomly be closed is if you call that day. Drove 30 min for nothing. :( Also pool seems relatively small compared to other pools.
