I have been very satisfied and grateful for the care that our cat received so far. But I am very disappointed how much they overpriced on subcutaneous fluids! Our cat was diagnosed with CKD this Janurary and she as been going through a bag every 10days or so. And this fluid injection is vital to CKD cats. We have easily spent $200~300/month. I don't know how everyone is doing financially but this is a lot of moeny for us. We paid over$100 per bag of fluid, but if you get it on Chewy, they are well below $20. Anytime they pre... read more
My dog went in for a foxtail in her ear. I went to a different vet and they were charging me twice as much. She called Norwalk animal hospital and was helped by all the girls there especially Evelyn she was nice and patient and answered all of my questions and my moms in Spanish. I loved the service and their kindness.
I (along with my kitty) had such a great experience at Norwalk Animal Hospital. We went in to get a consultation for a dental cleaning, I didn’t know what to expect but they walked me through everything they recommended before the procedure. My kitty got her blood work done that day to check and see if there would be any potential health issues they would need to monitor before she goes under for her cleaning. Brought my cat in as a walk in, and was told that thy go based off appointments but they would try to fit me in which they did. The place looks very clean, staff was professional and friendly. They gave me a breakdown of treatment along with options. I like that they let me know first what the cost of everything Would be and all my questions were answered. 10/10
