Norvell is a high quality, local business that pays attention to the details from the design phase all the way through to the completed project. They truly are there to help you with your re-modeling project. Although there was a lot of uncertainty going into this major project, Jason was always there for us and any questions we had were answered quickly. The service was good up to the point that person helping me didn't know price of countertop I picked out. Couldn't get a hold of anyone that did. Took my name and number to call me back. That was days ago and haven't heard since. I figure my business is not that important to them. Oh well I will get countertops and they won't get my business.
Jason Norvell was an absolute pleasure to work with for the renovation of our kitchen and master bath. Jason built and installed our kitchen and master bath counter tops and cabinets. We are contracting the renovation ourselves and he helped us accomplish every decision and he scheduled each appointment in a timely manner.
