Very focused and knowledgeable service crew. They do excellent work in diagnosis, repairs and maintenance on all Heavy Duty Equipment and not just Mack Trucks. They will keep your Truck moving and operating. Justin and Perry have walked the extra mile on numerous occasions and you couldn't ask for a better team.
Incompetent. Diag is a guessing game. Throw parts at it till you get it. In my experience, after $20000 plus worth of expensive parts, truck came out worse than when it went in.
