I have a 2000 Ch613. Kevin, the service manager booked me in for diagnostics and repairs on a Friday afternoon. They took my truck in as planned. Diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repairs as we had discussed in a timely professional manner and I was on the road home at 5 pm. He even checked in with me on my way home to make sure the problem had been repaired. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will definately be back when in the Edmonton area. Repairs were done in a timely fashion and very close to initial estimate. They found a few little things that put costs above the initial estimate with my approval. The staff is courtesy, knowledgeable and very professional.

Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and more then willing to help us owner operators I have called the service manager and there Tec advisor numerous times they nailed the problem every time I can’t believe it most dealers just say being it in I have had to take it in a few times and every time things were fixed perfectly I have a CHU 613 2014 with 1.3 million k motor was done at 98000 k and runs amazing if I could give these guy 100 stars I would great work keep it up From Big Mike
