This was my first time using Norton's Automotive for a not-so-common 2010 Volvo S40 repair. I found the facility very clean, friendly and extremely well equipped. The repair was done by Bryan Norton; it was tedious and the repair was done in under less time than expected. Bottom line - I was highly impressed and will use Norton's Automotive for future Volvo maintenances. The shop is off-the-beaten-path but well worth the drive. Hands down the most trusted automotive shop around! I moved from Zanesville to Hurron about a year ago and when I discovered Norton, I was super thrilled. They do not try to upsell you on repairs that don’t need to be fixed right away. They are honest and very reasonable on pricing. I will always bring my vehicles to them.
