Total lack of professionalism and empathy. I called on behalf of a family member who recently lost a loved one and needed assistance navigating probate. When I asked the receptionist about their consultation fees, she wasn't sure and transferred me to an attorney. Instead of answering a standard, practical question, the attorney, who sounded older, flatly said, "Ah, I don't think we are interested," and hung up in my face. They were fantastic. Nobody wants to hire a lawyer, but when you need one, you need one. Richard Kroll and his staff were amazing and so easy to communicate with. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.
I had a horrible experience with this firm. I gave them a big retainer and never got a bill until we were a couple thousand over our retainer. We had no idea we had spent that much. We hadn't even made it to court. We had to quit our case because we couldn't afford it anymore. Would NOT recommend or use EVER again!!!
