When I delivered here they were rude to my visitors. They wanted to call security on my son because my daughter was with him. They refused to let her come see the baby. But the rules say siblings are allowed. I feel they mistreated us badly. I want to know why the policy says children siblings are allowed but they never let my child come up to see us.

If at all possible. I will not return to this hospital. The correct rating would be a zero. But, since that wasn’t an option, I gave it a one.

If I could give a 0 I would. My dad was put on this floor to be cared for because it was the only bed available in the area to put him in. He had a bleeding tumor in his stomach with a drain tube to drain blood off of it. He started puking blood after we all left to get rest and pushed the call button for help 2 times and the nurses never came to him to help him. He laid in his own blood and terrified until he was moved to the ICU. The women on that floor do NOT need to be caring for patients these are peoples lives!!!!!!! (... read more

Thank you Nortons for all your professionalism, kindness and knowledge. You listened cared and got our family through a difficult birth in the most positive way. I can't say enough how grateful I am for your caring nurses and wonderful doctors.
