I try to order a “IV pole basket” for my infusion pump to go in. I got an email saying they can’t ship to Canada which is fine, but the manager said I would get a refund. Since June 1st I’ve been waiting for my refund. Been emailing “Chuck” about it and now he hasn’t responded to my many emails. I don’t have a lot of money, on disability so I’m missing $85. Would like my refund!
