We highly recommend this gym and the classes offered- there are classes for all ages and abilities. We are greeted enthusiastically by Jacob and Graham EACH morning and feel so welcomed. My husband and I attend SENIOR LIFEready for strength training and balance with coaches Michael and Molly. They are both very knowledgeable and help evey participant with patience and kindness while making the work-outs fun.
