The WORST experience I've had with a doctor office. It was one visit where I was asked a bunch of questions that could have been filled out on a form, then they scheduled me to pick up the equipment to do the sleep study at home. I picked it up, took it home and did the test (which is basically an Apple watch type of device with a sensor taped to your chest), and then returned it the next day. 8 days later I still had not heard anything, so I called and questioned why. I do not recommend this Center. First time there I filled out a form and was told I didn't need a sleep study. It was crowded and the Dr. I saw was filling in. Second time I was referred by another Norton doctor as a new patient. The sleep center doctor was very condescending. He saw a geriatric person whom he assumed was uneducated. Dr. H. actually gasped ( the drama) when I told him the sleep script I have been taking for over 20 years with no problem. Then he had issue with all of my prescriptions. The sleep center here is not equipped with the expertise or staff to diagnose and treat complicated conditions. You are a number here, make no mistake, and not a valuable one. I have been going here for around 2 years. It is the closest place, and I cannot drive. I should have known better than to just pick the closest, so I'm here to tell you that you should know better too. Hope & 🙏 there are many qualified personnel//personally I have had totally NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE in last days///there is a woman with a foreign accent who has “literally’ hung on me twice & once told me to hold as she transferred me to goulds/who does not answer their phone//with no explanation—my entire experience trying to get—GUALIFIED persons has been a disaster—’ PITIFUL WAY TO DO BUSINESS / HELP THOSE IN NEED

The doctor was nice, the place is clean. The young girl at the front desk had very poor customer service skills, or lack thereof. She seemed miserable, uninterested, she was not personable at all, didn't smile or really great me at all. This issue is a problem because the CSC is the face of the business and unfortunately sometimes with terrible service the entire place could be judged by that interaction. Aside from that poor interaction the doctor was kind, attentive, and supportive.
