First time patient of Dr. Kathryn Strait last in March of 2025. The consult visit went well but I left with a lot of questions about next steps. Unfortunately, over the next several weeks I would spend much time calling and emailing their office staff regarding the results of my home study. PICK ANOTHER SLEEP CENTER IF YOURE ABLE TO!!! It is not worth the hassle! I have never been to a healthcare facility that has been so unorganized and difficult to communicate with. The phones are NEVER answered. No responses through mychart. After playing phone tag with them about my insurance for a year, I was finally scheduled for my sleep study. I highly recommend the NORTON SLEEP CENTER. I'm under the excellent care of Dr. Chandiramani at the center's Newburg Road office, where I've been a patient for years. Everyone at the sleep center provides OUTSTANDING, considerate care. They listen...and explain things clearly, patiently and simply. Appointments are handled in a timely way, and the offices are top-notch. I'll add that it's a big advantage to see a Norton sleep care provider, since my primary care physician -- Dr. Rachel Busse -- is part of the Norton network.

I had a really terrible experience - I would have left the study had I been able to. The sleep lab tech (I can't remember her name but the black lady with a pixie cut) was extremely rude and condescending to me. I went in feeling hopeful of finally getting a diagnosis but she stressed me out so bed throughout the testing that I was not able to sleep hardly at all. My results may as well have been unusable as I only slept about 3 hours. I'm a grown woman and I was nothing but kind to her, but she spoke to me like she chiding ... read more

I found that Sleep Center employee, Tamara was very rude and not helpful. She upset me to the point that I left the study. I will never use this facility again.
